Employee Wellness and Disaster Preparedness Seminar Success
Connell's Free Event Fills the Room Again

Connell Insurance, with co-sponsors Allied Insurance and Cox HealthPlans, has concluded the "Employee Wellness and Disaster Preparedness Seminar". This free event was held at the Branson Convention Center on Friday, November 18, 2011 with a strong turnout. The speakers were Noah Alldredge, the founder and president of BigTime Results, and Ryan Nicholls, Emergency Management Director for the Springfield-Greene County Office of Emergency Management.
Noah started the morning with an energetic presentation on various ways employers can positively impact the health and wellness of their employees resulting in the reduction of absenteeism, improvement of employee morale, and the motivation of employees to choose a healthier lifestyle. After the break, Ryan reviewed recent disasters, the preparation of responders in times of crisis, and the preparations businesses and individuals can take to alleviate the crises following a disaster.
