Attendees Benefit from Expert Advice

June 23, 2008

Connell Insurance completed on Friday another successful seminar, this one focusing on employment discrimination and employee financial fraud. The half-day seminar, featuring speakers Jennifer Mueller and Greg Kollmeyer, was held at the new Branson Convention Center, and was the first such seminar Connell has conducted in the Branson area.

Jennifer Mueller, whose presentation was titled "Employment Discrimination Issues," specializes in the areas of business litigation and labor law and is an associate of Husch Blackwell Sanders, LLP. Greg Kollmeyer, a partner with the accounting firm of Elliott, Robinson & Company, spoke about "Detecting Financial Fraud and Embezzlement". Kollmeyer has special expertise in the areas of fraud examinations, auditing, employee benefit plans, business consulting, and tax planning. The seminar was organized by Randall Gammill, an ownership partner of Connell Insurance and noted Work Comp expert, who also provided the closing remarks.
